Home Exterior & Interior Transformation – Mr. Ravinder Ji’s Residence, Sector 10, Gurgaon

Redesigning a home without altering the structural framework is always a challenge — and that’s exactly what made this project special. Our client, Mr. Ravinder Ji, purchased an old house in Sector 10, Gurgaon, and approached us to transform both its exterior and interior without changing the existing structure.

🏠 3D Elevation & Exterior Design

To bring a fresh, modern look to the home, we created a customized 3D elevation design that worked within the structural limitations.
Key exterior upgrades included:

  • HPL cladding for a contemporary and premium façade.

  • Replacement of all old windows with UPVC windows for improved aesthetics and functionality.

  • Minor enhancements at the entrance with paintwork, lighting, and trims that helped us completely transform the home's front look.

Despite the structural constraints, the overall elevation makeover gave the home an entirely new and vibrant personality — and Mr. Ravinder Ji truly appreciated the outcome.

The interior was designed with equal care and creativity. From flooring to wall treatments, modular kitchen, ceiling designs, and lighting — every detail was tailored to match the client’s lifestyle and needs. The final outcome was a seamless blend of comfort, style, and functionality.
