A Designer's Delight: 4BHK Luxury Interior 2022
Some projects become more than just work for us; they evolve into design journeys that we carry in our hearts forever. One such memorable journey was the 4BHK home of our esteemed clients Mr. Ankur Ji and Mrs. Arushi Ji, located in Sector 31, Gurgaon.
Right from day one, it was clear: this was going to be a unique collaboration. The couple had a deep appreciation for design, and they were deeply involved in the process from start to finish. We often say that good clients make good projects great, and in this case, that saying couldn’t be truer.
Clients with Vision and Taste
From the beginning, Ankur Ji and Arushi Ji were clear about one thing: no compromise on design, quality, and detailing. Every piece of material used in the house was personally selected by them after detailed discussions. Their taste was modern, refined, and elegant. They were very clear about what they wanted and even clearer about what they didn’t.
Their involvement and design sensibilities pushed us to go the extra mile. The project was collaborative, creative, and highly satisfying at every step.
Turnkey Execution: Design to Reality
This was a complete turnkey interior project where we were responsible for everything from concept design to material selection, site execution, and final styling. Being architects, we take pride in bridging creativity with practicality, and this project was a beautiful example of that harmony.
The entire flat was designed with premium materials, a balanced color palette, and a keen focus on functionality and aesthetics. From the drawing room to all bedrooms, kitchen, washrooms, and even utility spaces, everything was crafted to perfection.
Master Bedroom: 3D vs Reality
For this blog post, we are sharing a sneak peek of just the Master Bedroom, along with the 3D renders. What makes this special is that the actual room, upon execution, looked exactly like the render — if not better.
We used a calming combination of earthy tones, rich textures, modern lighting, and custom wardrobes to create a warm yet luxurious environment.
"Jo 3D me tha, wahi asli room me mila. Actually better hi laga," shared Ankur Ji after seeing the final room.
This feedback meant the world to us.
Highlight Feature: The Stone Wall
One of the most iconic elements of this home is the stone cladding on the main wall of the drawing room. The couple opted for a natural stone panel worth over ₹1.5 lakhs, and the result is nothing short of stunning.
It not only adds a bold and elegant statement to the space but also shows how thoughtful material investment can completely elevate the ambience of a room.
Premium Customizations Throughout
False Ceiling Design: Each room features unique ceiling designs with indirect lighting and layered profiles.
Modular Wardrobes: All wardrobes were custom-designed with internal accessories, soft-close systems, and unique finishes.
Lighting Plan: Ambient, task, and mood lighting were planned and installed based on usage patterns and room aesthetics.
Kitchen: Fully modular kitchen with soft-close drawers, corner units, tandem boxes, and quartz countertop.
Bathrooms: Elegant floating vanities, wall-mounted WC, mood lighting, and high-end fittings.
Living + Dining: Stylish and cohesive with custom furniture, artefacts, and lighting fixtures.
A Designer's Sample Flat
We proudly consider this home a sample flat from our portfolio. It demonstrates how thoughtful clients and a committed design-execution team can come together to create something timeless.
The project involved creativity, patience, precision, and a lot of joy. As designers, we often look for clients who challenge and trust us — and in this case, we were lucky to have both.
